During his time at secondary school, Lewis' focus was split between the creative sides of Dance and Drama while also highly achieving academically. This has led to a rounded approach within Lewis' work as well as a deep appreciation for performance.

Lewis' experience as a performer allows him to better understand how dance and acting look best on-screen as well as how to work collaboratively with creatives. While performing at school, he had amazing experiences such as: performing for HRH Prince Charles, being a Stonewall and NYT ambassador, and working with Sir Matthew Bourne on the 2019 revival of Swan Lake.
